These Terms of Service, Our Privacy Policy, Our Community Guidelines, any claim or controversy and all other use of the Site shall be construed and governed by the laws , without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws.

1. General

Escortshub is exclusively an advertising platform. We only sell advertising spaces and communication options. Escortshub is not an escort service or escort agency and we have no responsibility or connection with places/persons who choose to advertise on Escortshub.Escortshub is in no way involved in the advertisers' business or agreements between advertisers and their customers or other business partners.

1.1 Advert content

The content of your advertisement must be relevant to the target audience of this site and must refer specifically to an escort or massage service. The advertisement must feature you, your information and your services, including description and contact details and must not refer to other individuals. However, advertisements may be created on behalf of others, provided you have their explicit consent.

All photos and videos used in your advertisement must either belong to you or be directly relevant to the services advertised. 

Additionally, the services promoted in the advertisement must be available in at least one of the countries where Escortshub operates, unless the services are exclusively online-based.

1.2 Content monitoring policy

When a new account is created e-mail and/or phone needs to be verified by the owner. This to ensure that random visitors can’t create accounts on e-mail/phone that are not in their possession.

When placing an advert all content (text & images) will be looked over by the Escortshub team to make sure guidelines are followed. Ads can’t be activated before approved by Escortshub.

1.3 Posts, Chats & Comments

Make sure you keep a good tone if you make posts about others. This applies to individuals or places / agencies. Criticism and opinions are welcome but not as personal attacks. You must not infringe on the privacy of another user or in any way provide information that could identify them.

This also applies to comments on posts, users must be able to write and ask freely as long as they comply with Escortshub guidelines. Respect that people have different opinions and do not be prejudiced or vicious, just scroll on :)

It is also forbidden to write false reviews, both positive and negative and suspicion of this will lead to deletion of postings and eventually deletion of profile. If you yourself suspect false reviews, this must be reported to Escortshub.eu.

At Escortshub, it's about Escort, Massage, Sex and good experiences, so create posts in line with this. Therefore, keep the political topics to other forums, unless they deal with the above.

Upload and publish only content you own. Content that has been uploaded legally to Escortshub.eu  may be freely shared by others on Escortshub.eu website.

All mass chats, posts, comments or other forms of spam will be deleted and may result in deletion of the profile.

We emphasize that we do not allow chats, postings or comments regarding the following:
- Violence and incitement
- Dangerous persons and organizations
- Coordination of damage and publication of crime
- Fraud

- Malicious and insensitive content

- Sexual exploitation of adults

- Hateful rhetoric
- Suicide and self-harm
- Sexual exploitation, abuse and nudity in connection with children
- Bullying and harassment
- Exploitation of people
- Violation of the right to privacy
- Hateful rhetoric
- Violent content
- Violation of Account Integrity and True Identity
- Spam
- Violation of Cybersecurity
- Non-sincere behavior
- False news

 

1.4 Videos & Photos

Use of images or videos without holding the appropriate copyright is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, it is mandatory that all individuals featured in such content have provided explicit consent for their appearance on Escortshub.eu. Similarly, any content, including music, incorporated into a video without the requisite copyright authorization will be subject to muting or may lead to the video's removal.

In addition,Escortshub reserves the right to delete photos, profiles or content, without notice, which is not in compliance with Escortshub.eu guidelines or quality standard or which otherwise damages business foundations and the Escortshub brand. This can be blurred or misleading photos, low-quality photos or otherwise offensive content. Escortshub takes no responsibility for deleted content.

1.5 Not allowed

Advertising is not allowed to display violence, animals, children, pregnant women or other material of a more extreme nature. Also, drugs or similar must not appear on pictures and videos. 

1.6 Age limit

All users of the site must be 18 years of age or older. A profile, advertisement, posts or other content cannot be made by a person below 18 years. Likewise, no one may appear or talk about persons under 18 years of age. 

 

1.7 Age verification process

Visitor:
All visitors need to confirm their age and consent that they are at least 18 years old. This happens every time you enter the website until confirmed and then again every month or until their cookies is cleared.

Advertiser:
When placing an advert it’s required to fill in the age of the advertiser. An advert can therefor not be placed with out an age. Minimum age for placing an advert is 18 years old.

1.8 Law

The content of all advertisements must comply with the law. This applies to texts, photos and videos. 

1.9 Delete / Disable Ads

If the above guidelines are not followed, profiles, ads or postings will be asked to be changed, deactivated or deleted completely. Money will not be refunded if an ad is removed that violates the guidelines. 

1.10 Responsible for content

For all profiles and posts, including images, videos and texts, Escortshub.eu is fully responsible for illegal use of content or content that is in breach of national legislation. We check all uploaded content and take samples to avoid content that violates our guidelines.

1.11 Technically responsible

Escortshub.eu will at all times ensure a professional portal and ensure as far as possible that no crashes or other technical challenges arise. Should this happen, we will correct it as soon as possible. In addition, daily backup is taken so that content can recreate in critical situations.

However,  Escortshub.eu cannot be held responsible for any breakdowns or technical issues that may occur. Consequently, we do not provide refunds for any payments, lost activation periods, or boost times affected by such technical problems.

1.12 Changes

The above guidelines can be changed at any time by Escortshub.eu

2. Complaints

2.1 Content moderation policy

Once we receive your report, we will acknowledge it, review the content in question, and act to remove any material that violates our policies within the promised time frame.

2.2 Right to remove content

In instances where you appear in content on our website without your approval, you are entitled to ask for its removal. Start this process by emailing us at postmaster@escortshub.eu with all necessary details to locate the content, including its URL. Our team will review your request within one business day to ascertain if the content was published with proper consent. If it's clear that the depicted individual's permission was not obtained, we will take down the content without delay.

2.3 Service-related complaints

Should you be dissatisfied with our services, have questions about your account, or other interactions with our platform, please get in touch with us at postmaster@escortshub.eu . Our team will evaluate your concerns and aim to resolve them quickly. For more intricate issues, we are committed to a resolution within seven business days.

3. Anti-sex-trafficking

3.1 Working with authorities

All advertisers will explicitly refrain from using escortshub for any form of unlawful prostitution, sexual contact, human trafficking, or any other type of sexual abuse. If Escortshub suspects that an advertiser is using Escortshub in violation of these terms and conditions, escortshub will report the advertiser to the police and/or other appropriate judicial authorities.

3.2 Tolerance

Escortshub maintains a zero-tolerance policy and is dedicated to bringing attention to the issue of human trafficking, which includes all illegal sexual activities, as well as promoting best practices. We eagerly assist law enforcement and agencies involved in fighting the abuse of human rights in the event that we learn of any occurrence of trafficking or sexual exploitation.

3.3 Report Trafficking

If you, as a client, suspect or have reason to believe that the advertiser is not offering his/her services voluntarily due to human trafficking, being a minor, or any other form of sexual exploitation, you must immediately cease all contact with the advertiser and report your suspicions to the police or other relevant legal authority.

Cases of human trafficking that share similar characteristics

- The person has a strong desire to earn money in order to improve his own and his family's living situations.

- The individual appears fearful and threatened.

- The individual does not perceive that he or she has an alternative to the current circumstance.

- The individual mistrusts aid agencies and authorities and dreads interacting with them.

- The individual is unaware of where to seek assistance.

If you have encountered an escort or other sex worker who you suspect may be trafficked, exploited, or underage, we urge you to do the right thing and immediately report your suspicions to the authorities.

As a customer, you play a crucial part in preventing sex trafficking and exploitation.

 

4. Terms of trade

4.1 Payment

In order for an ad to be visible on Escortshub.eu , a maturity must be purchased. This is a one-time payment and the ad is visible for the period purchased. You can buy longer time for the ad at any time, both before and after the ad expires. 

It is possible to pay with a credit card, hereunder visa card and Master card and also Pay safe card (a prepaid credit card that can be bought in various stores). It is also possible to pay via direct bank transfer.

In the case of bank transfer, the ad will be activated on the day the payment is registered on our bank account. The purchased maturity will also apply from that date. It is important that the ad ID is placed as a reference as it is this ad that will get the purchased time.

 

4.2 Termination

An ad runs as a starting point throughout the purchased period. If you wish the ad deleted or paused before the ad expires normally, please login an do so or send an email to postmaster@escortshub.eu.
The above also goes for your account. Do note, that if you account is deleted all ads and history as also deleted. 

4.3 Returns Policy

Since this is an online service that is put into service directly after purchase, there is no disruption right. Of course, you are allowed to resubmit your ad, but we cannot refund you for your purchase.

4.4 Coins

Each member (excluding advertisers) is credited with one coin daily, accumulating to a maximum of 100 coins. These coins can be exchanged for Emoji-gifts from members to advertisers but cannot be used for activation's or given directly to advertisers. Coins are also non-exchangeable for real currency.

Escortshub does not offer refunds for coins nor assumes responsibility for any loss of coins, such as losses due to programming errors etc.
